After a friend of mine invited me to a “Gossip Girl” marathon, I began to understand the way in which most of the teenagers I know think. It is a global phenomenon: designer clothes, liberation, love intrigues and pretending to be an adult – all those aspects were present in many TV series before, but “Gossip Girl” became cult. And it is not only the youngest generation which is fascinated by it. This tale of rich and beautiful people of manhattan became a true reflection of new york fashion.
